Feeding set of the distribution discs, "cassette" type, composed of a roller carrier structure, rubber belt and self-centering device.
Rubber belt, "extra abrasion" model, consisting of nylon pads and factory vulcanized splice.
Belt deflector protector, located in the internal part of the tank, arranged longitudinally to the displacement of the belt. It allows mounting them at different heights that determine the size of the opening and the product passage.
Speed transmission system to the side belt through a hydraulic motor equipped with gears and simple roller chains that allow three different combinations.
Reducer type crown and worm shaft in oil bath, with flange system screwed on the belt drive shaft, that is, without fuse pin.
The oil flow to the motor is controlled by a conjugated control block.
The distribution system consists of two spreading discs made of stainless steel plate, with four vanes on each disc, offering five angular adjustment options.
The discs use one vane model available in two lengths, with two recommended assembly combinations.
Distribution of granulated fertilizers and similar: Two larger vanes and two smaller vanes on each disc, arranged alternately.
Distribution of powdered products and similar: Four smaller vanes on each disc.
Vanes made of carbon steel with heat and surface treatment.
Hinged rear cover to inspect the product outlet and make funnel changes easier.
Two models of placement funnels (standart), with quick-change system, made of stainless steel plate for specific use in the distribution of granulated fertilizers, powdered products and similar.
One collector funnel, with quick-change system, for performing the flow-rate test.
Shut-off gates with independent hydraulic actuation to alternately interrupt the feed to the spreading discs.
Dispersing curtain (support with link chains over the placement funnel).
The distribution discs are driven by a hydraulic motor model coupled to the transmission box.
The oil flow to the hydraulic motor is controlled by a combined control block.
Transmission box with free rotation in oil bath.
Removable axle and tandem assembly.
Wheel track width adjustable by lateral displacement of the running gear or tandem, with locking.
Tandem fastened by bolts and nuts with organometallic treatment, with lateral articulation and stop limiting vertical angularity.
Access ladder to the Lancer, located on its side. It has an articulation system (folding) to increase the free span during the distribution work.
Materials in contact with the product to be distributed, made of stainless steel, such as, for example, the distribution disks, the rear protector against throwing of the disks, the rear cover and the deposit hoppers.
Deposit made of removable stainless steel, bolted with the lateral reinforcements to the chassis.
Coupling of the header to the tractor traction bar with ball joint. It also has a chain system to prevent accidents resulting from the Lancer's uncoupling and warping caused by the unintentional uncoupling of the Lancer from the tractor's traction bar.
