Working height
Regulation of cutting height from 7 to 27 centimeters through tires 6.5 x 10 - 10 canvas and bi parted rim. Allows gauge adjustment Header with articulation and hydraulic cylinder with wedges for cutting height control and longitudinal leveling of the Tritton.
Rotor
Rotor turns in the opposite direction of the tractor displacement.
Rotor equipped with 128 curved knives of 9.5 mm thickness, oscillating and reversible, made of hardened steel, which ensures excellent resistance to impact and abrasion (wear).
Dynamic balancing of the rotor in the working rotation. Rotor bearings with self- compensating rollers.
Coupling
Coupling of the header with ball joint to the traction bar of the tractor.
Drive
Tractor PTO rotation of 540 RPM.
Transmission box in oil bath with free rotation.
Chassis
Manufactured in carbon steel.
Diffuser vanes positioned under the upper cover, distributed across the entire width of the Tritton. They allow for the uniform distribution of crop residues over the soil, in a fan shape.
Deflectors with articulation, located in the lower front part to prevent foreign objects from being thrown at the tractor.
