Technical characteristics of the belt

Feeding set of distribution discs, "cassette" type, composed of a roll holder structure, rubber belt and self-centering device.

Rubber belt "extra abrasion" model, consisting of nylon canvas and factory vulcanized splice.

Belt deflector protector, located in the internal part of the tank, arranged transversally to the machine's displacement. It allows mounting them at different heights that determine the size of the opening and the product passage.

Belt drive

Speed transmission system to the side belt through a hydraulic motor equipped with gears and simple roller chains that allow two different combinations.

Worm gearbox and worm shaft in oil bath, with flange system screwed on the belt drive shaft, that is, without fuse pin.

The oil flow to the motor is controlled by a conjugated control block.

Actuation of the distribution discs

The distribution discs are driven by a model hydraulic motor coupled to the transmission box.

Transmission box with free spinning in an oil bath.

Steering System

Load Sensing hydrostatic steering.

Bidirectional.

When the autopilot is activated, the rear wheels are aligned;

Above 20 km/h (12 mph), the rear wheels are aligned, increasing the stability of the machine.

When it reaches 15 km/h (9 mph), the rear wheelset copies the trail of the front wheelset again, optimizing maneuvers by reducing the machine's turning radius.

The system has a diagnostic screen of the wheelset position sensors, for visualization and calibration.

Independent Active Pneumatic Suspension

Individual suspension, which provides a lower rate of slippage, improving the copy of the terrain and giving greater stability to the machine.

Brakes: Hydraulic drive with ventilated disk and calipers on the four wheels.

Stationary brake, spring applied/hydraulic release.

Track and Fender Wipers: Tubular with adjustment according to the gauge on the four wheels.

Tie rods: With rubberized pins fixed through bolts.

Engine

MWM SERIES 12 - 4.12 TCE MAR-I 160CV@2.200rpm and 640Nm@1.500rpm, Turbo, Aftercooler.

Electronic engine that meets the MAR-1 legislation which defines the limits of pollutant emissions.

Torque control and gear recognition, avoiding stress peaks in the transmission box and other components.

Lower fuel consumption.

Transmission

Torque control in 1st and reverse gears, limited to 550 Nm, to avoid torque peaks in the transmission system.

Transfer case with cast iron housing, with high resistance heat treated gears.

Stationary brake at the transfer case output.

Gearbox: Eaton FS 4205 B (5 speeds forward and 1 reverse).

Differential: Dana 80 Autoblocating 1:4.625. Lubricant Oil Type 140 85W140 API GL5-LS - 5L.
