The smaller rollers, the drive roller, and the driven roller are mounted directly on the equipment chassis, with the smaller rollers housed in cutouts made in the chassis spar itself, while the driven and drive rollers are mounted on bearings bolted to the chassis.
The driven roller and the traction roller are conical, which keeps the belt centered, preventing it from derailing to either side.
Extra abrasion rubber belt, made of nylon canvas and factory vulcanized seams.
Access to the track for maintenance on the rollers or the track itself is gained by removing the assembled tank assembly. To do this, loosen the screws that connect the side reinforcements of the tank to the chassis and the quick couplings that feed the cutting gate cylinders. After that, using a hoist or winch, remove the tank assembly, giving free access to the conveyor components.
Conveyor belt protective deflector, located on the inside of the tank, arranged longitudinally to the movement of the conveyor belt. It allows them to be mounted at different heights, which determine the size of the opening and the passage of the product.
Side track speed transmission system via a hydraulic motor directly coupled to the RJ5 gearbox (40:1).
Oil-bath crown and worm gear reducer, with bolted flange system on the track drive shaft, i.e., without shear pin.
The oil flow to the motor is controlled by a combined control block.
The distribution system consists of two distribution discs made of stainless steel sheet, with four vanes on each disc, containing five angle adjustment options, with intermediate positions.
Granular fertilizer distribution system with deposition point adjustment via a scale located above the discs, enabling fine adjustment of the distribution profile obtained.
For granular fertilizers, the product deposition point is centered on the discs, causing the product to be guided to the center of the discs through funnels and flow freely to the vanes, reducing the breakage of the product to be distributed, increasing the width and improving the distribution profile.
For limestone distribution, use the specific funnel for this product, made with a quick-change system.
The discs have a vane model with two lengths and two recommended mounting combinations.
Distribution of granular fertilizers and similar products: Two larger vanes and two smaller vanes on each disc, arranged alternately.
Distribution of powdered products and similar products: Four smaller vanes on each disc.
Blades made of carbon steel with heat and surface treatment.
Hinged rear cover for inspecting product output and facilitating funnel replacement.
Two models of discharge funnels (standard), made of stainless steel sheet for specific use in the distribution of granular fertilizers, powdered products, and similar items.
Two collection funnels for flow testing.
Conveyor belt protective deflector, located inside the hopper in the direction of machine travel. Allows them to be mounted at different heights that determine the size of the opening and product passage;
The metering gate, with a lever-operated opening and closing system, located on the rear left side of the machine.
Cutting gates: hydraulically operated, independent and automatic, to alternately interrupt the feed to the distribution discs.
Dispersing curtain (support with chain links over the discharge hopper).
The distribution discs are driven by a hydraulic motor model coupled to the transmission box.
The oil flow to the hydraulic motor is controlled by a combined control block.
Transmission box with free rotation in oil bath.
Access ladder to the Lancer, located on the side of the machine. It has an articulation (folding) system to increase the clearance during distribution work.
With the exception of the mounted header, axle support, axle, and tandems, the rest of the machine is made entirely of stainless steel, including the conveyor rollers and Lancer chassis, which ensures the equipment's durability.
Storage compartment and supports made of removable stainless steel, bolted to the chassis with side reinforcements.
Header coupling with ball joint to the tractor's drawbar. It also has a chain system to prevent accidents caused by the Lancer becoming uncoupled and rearing up due to unintentional disconnection from the tractor's drawbar.
Removable axle and tandem assemblies;
Tandems secured by surface-treated bolts and nuts, with lateral articulation and vertical angle limiter stop;
Adjustable wheelbase through lateral displacement of the tandem assembly;
