Designed to withstand the stresses caused by contour lines and undulating terrain, validated through experimental testing to ensure greater reliability and performance.
The depth compactors/limiters were developed to work in tandem, with independent fluctuation and constant, equal pressure. Depth and angularity adjustment scale between the wheels allows for measuring the amount of soil on the furrow.
The SPJ features a practical and quick adjustment system for line spring pressure, depth limiters, and a dosing system, without the need for tools.
With 500 millimeters of displacement, the SPJ stands out for its wide range of articulation. Being a pantographic model, aligned with the wheels, they uniformly copy contour lines and ground irregularities.
The seeder is equipped with TOPlanting fertilizer dispensers, with 1"1/4 double augers rotating in opposite directions, reducing pulsation regardless of the machine's inclination and always distributing the same amount of fertilizer. This model feeds all plants equally.
As the main distinguishing feature of SPJ, seed deposition is carried out in front of the fertilizer. This ensures conformity of the sowing height and uniformity of germination. Distribution is carried out via a grooved carbon steel rotor.
The SPJ is offered with two furrower models: a staggered furrower (with one 15.5“ disc and one 16” disc) or a mismatched furrower (two 15.5" discs).
Made of high-capacity stainless steel and equipped with a movable internal divider that allows different dosages for seed and fertilizer to be intercalated, adjusting to the machine's autonomy.
Also available in the SEED version (optional).

The SPJ was developed with low periodic maintenance and machine downtime during harvest in mind. To achieve this, grease nipples were removed from all joints and replaced with self-lubricating bushings. Hubs that had simple bearings were replaced with shielded bearings, increasing the service life of the components and reducing downtime for lubrication.

Activated by hydraulic cylinders with safety valves, preventing sudden equipment failure due to system failure.
The coxilha version is supplied with high flotation 600/50 – 22.5 tires, reducing soil compaction.
