Rotomolded polyethylene hopper designed to be mounted on the chassis.
The hopper is secured to the chassis by two suspension bolts with eyelets, providing efficient fastening, easy hopper removal, and safe lifting of the Lancer.
Protective screens for the flow metering system and hopper bases, manufactured from injection-molded nylon.
Protective covers manufactured from injection-molded polyethylene, attached to the screens and positioned above the conveyor belts, ensuring a continuous flow of the product to be applied.
The distribution system consists of two stainless steel plate discs, each equipped with four vanes.
The discs use one vane design in three lengths and two combinations, allowing spreading widths of up to 36 meters.
The vanes are made of carbon steel with carbonitriding heat treatment and a painted surface finish.
The granular fertilizer distribution system allows the drop point to be adjusted using a scale located above the discs, enabling fine adjustment of the distribution pattern.
The metering gate is opened and closed by an adjusting arm located on the side of the conveyor chassis, with five positions.
A front shield protects against material thrown from the distribution discs.
Driven by a PTO shaft at 540 rpm.

Two honeycomb-type stainless steel conveyor belts feed the discs during operation and feature a ratchet drive, with section control operated by a hydraulic cylinder.
Conveyor speed is driven by an 80 cm³/revolution hydraulic motor.
Oil-bath worm gear reducer with shaft outputs on both sides to drive the conveyor belts at the same speed.
Oil flow to the motor, at 45 L/min, is controlled by the valve block, which can be electronically controlled by GPS.
The valve block is equipped with manual and proportional valves, allowing operation with or without electronic control.
