Its adjustment is made through the articulation of the wheels, activated by the tractor's hydraulic system. The depth range is determined by the number of stroke-limiting spacers positioned on the rods of the two hydraulic cylinders, allowing depths of up to 60 cm. The wheels articulate through a linkage arm and are controlled by cylinders connected in series to equalize wheel lifting.
The subsoiler shank breaks up compacted soil layers without excessive soil disturbance, keeping much of the crop residue on the surface and improving porosity and water infiltration. It includes a safety system that releases the shank through a flat spring whenever an obstacle is encountered. Resetting is automatic: simply lift the subsoiler. This makes maintenance simple, increases productivity, and reduces operating costs.
Features specific geometry for subsoiling and is made of cast steel with a special alloy and heat treatment, providing high resistance to abrasive wear.
Smooth 22-inch disc, individual and positioned immediately in front of each shank. It improves cutting of crop residue, prevents clogging around the shank, and offers easy vertical adjustment through a sliding bearing. Dual coil springs allow the disc to follow terrain contours. Its mechanism improves cutting effectiveness without compromising the shank's working depth.
