CONVEYOR TECHNICAL FEATURES

Slat conveyor with rubber coating, belt-type for high abrasion resistance, reinforced with polyester threads in both warp and weft;
Reinforced conveyor chain built on a roller system, providing higher load capacity and reduced maintenance.

CONVEYOR DRIVE SYSTEM

Speed transmission system to the side conveyor via a hydraulic motor, with gear ratios for low and high application rates;
Worm gear reducer (worm and wheel) in oil bath, with bolted flange system on the conveyor drive shaft, eliminating the need for a shear pin;
Oil flow to the motor is controlled through an integrated control valve block.

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM TECHNICAL FEATURES

Distribution system composed of two discs made of carbon steel (Lancer Multiuso Carbon Steel model) or stainless steel (Lancer Multiuso Stainless Steel model), each with four vanes and five angular adjustment positions;
Discs feature vane design with two lengths and two recommended mounting combinations;
Granular fertilizer distribution: two larger and two smaller vanes per disc, arranged alternately;
Powder products distribution: four smaller vanes per disc;
Vanes made of carbon steel with thermal and surface treatment;
Hoppers positioned and fixed on the side of the spreader chassis;
Two hopper models (standart) for specific use with granular fertilizers, powders, and similar materials, with quick-change system;
Collector hopper for flow testing, also with quick-change system;
Rear articulated cover for inspecting product discharge and facilitating hopper replacement;
Spreading curtain (support with chain links over the deposition hopper).

DISC DRIVE SYSTEM

The distribution discs are driven by a hydraulic motor coupled to the transmission gearbox and controlled through an integrated control valve block;
Oil-bath transmission gearbox.

GATE

Metering gate with opening and closing system via a threaded screw positioned above the gate at the rear of the machine.

HOPPER

Hopper made of carbon steel or stainless steel, removable and bolted, with lateral and internal reinforcements on the chassis;
Access ladder to the Lancer, positioned on the side, with folding system to increase ground clearance during distribution operation.

Coupling

The hitch is connected to the tractor drawbar by means of a swivel joint. It also features a safety chain system to help prevent accidents caused by the Lancer unintentionally uncoupling from the tractor drawbar.

Wheel Assembly

Removable axle and tandem assembly;
Tandem secured with bolts and nuts, with lateral articulation and a stop limiter for vertical angulation;
Wheel track adjustable through lateral displacement of the tandem assembly;
Wheel assembly: 12.4-24 TM 95 tire (10-ply) / W 10-24 rim.
