Conveyor Belt Technical Features

  • Stainless steel conveyor frame;
  • Rollers made of technyl with grooves that guide the belt through toothed guides vulcanized into the rubber;
  • “Cassette”-type distribution disc feeding system, consisting of a roller support structure, technyl rollers fitted into the conveyor frame, and a rubber belt with guides;
  • Rubber belt, “extra abrasion” model, made of nylon plies with a factory-vulcanized splice, featuring lateral guides to aid centralization and prevent misalignment during operation.

Conveyor Drive System

  • Conveyor speed transmission system via hydraulic motor, equipped with sprocket and single roller chain drive, with a defined transmission ratio;
  • Worm gear reducer (worm and wheel) in oil bath, with bolted flange system on the conveyor drive shaft, including a shear bolt system;
  • Oil flow to the motor is controlled through a combined control valve block.

Technical Features of the Distribution System

  • The distribution system consists of two stainless steel distribution discs, each with four vanes, offering five angular adjustment positions with intermediate settings.
  • The discs feature a vane model with two lengths and two recommended assembly configurations.
  • Distribution of granular fertilizers and similar products: two larger vanes and two smaller vanes on each disc, arranged alternately.
  • Distribution of powdered products and similar: four smaller vanes on each disc.
  • Vanes made of carbon steel with thermal and surface treatment.
  • Hoppers positioned and fixed on the side of the distributor chassis.
  • For granular fertilizers, includes adjustment of the product drop point, with a quick-change hopper system.
  • For lime application, use the specific hopper for this product, also with a quick-change system.
  • Collection hopper for flow testing, with quick-change system.
  • Rear articulated cover to inspect product discharge and facilitate hopper replacement.
  • Section shut-off gates with independent hydraulic actuation to alternately interrupt feeding to the distribution discs.
  • Spreading curtain (support with chain links over the discharge hopper).

Distribution Disc Drive System

  • The distribution discs are driven by a hydraulic motor coupled to the transmission gearbox and controlled through a combined control valve block;
  • Oil-bath transmission gearbox.

Gates

  • One metering gate with opening and closing system operated by a crank located on the left rear side of the machine;
  • Two section shut-off gates with hydraulic, independent, and automatic actuation to alternately interrupt the feeding of the distribution discs.

Hopper

  • Hopper made of stainless steel, removable and bolted, with lateral and internal reinforcements on the chassis;
  • Stainless steel access ladder to the Lancer, positioned on the side, with folding system to increase ground clearance during operation;
  • All components in contact with the material to be distributed are made of stainless steel, such as distribution discs, metering and section shut-off gates, conveyor frame, distributor frame, and hydraulic oil reservoir.

Hitch

  • Drawbar hitch with ball joint connection to the tractor drawbar. Also equipped with a safety chain system to prevent accidents caused by unintended uncoupling of the Lancer from the tractor drawbar.

Running Gear

  • Front running gear of the walking-beam type with steering rods and pivot bearings with bronze bushings and fixed rear axle (Lancer Evolution 25.000 and 32.000 TH);
  • 2 Front Tires 23.1/26 – 2 Rear Tires 30.5/32 (Standart);
  • 4 Tires 650/65-30.5 (Optional);
  • 2 Front Tires 650/65-30.5 and 2 Rear Tires 850/50-30.5 (Optional).
