Designed to withstand the twisting forces caused by embankments and undulating terrain, validated through experimental testing to ensure greater reliability and performance.
The sowing depth is limited by double cast iron rings, aligned in the center of the coulter shaft. Quick to adjust, they allow the seed depth to be regulated from 20 to 80 millimeters without changing parts, keeping pace with disc wear.
The compactors for rice cultivation are available in two models (angular “V” or convex), both made of cast iron to ensure the best performance when closing the furrow.
The SPJ features a practical and quick adjustment system for line spring pressure, depth limiters, and a dosing system, without the need for tools.
With 500 millimeters of displacement, the SPJ stands out for its wide range of articulation. Being a pantographic model, aligned with the wheels, they uniformly copy contour lines and ground irregularities.
The seeder is equipped with TOPlanting fertilizer dispensers, with 22 mm double augers rotating in opposite directions, reducing pulsation regardless of the machine's inclination and always distributing the same amount of fertilizer. This model feeds all plants equally.
The main difference with SPJ is that seed placement is carried out in front of the fertilizer. This ensures uniform seed depth and uniform germination. Distribution is carried out via a grooved carbon steel rotor.
The SPJ, in the rice version, is equipped with a double disc offset furrower, one 15.5“ disc and one 16” disc.
Made of high-capacity stainless steel and equipped with a movable internal divider that allows different dosages for seed and fertilizer to be intercalated, adjusting to the machine's autonomy.

The SPJ was developed with low periodic maintenance and machine downtime during harvest in mind. To achieve this, grease nipples were removed from all joints and replaced with self-lubricating bushings. Hubs that had simple bearings were replaced with shielded bearings, increasing the service life of the components and reducing downtime for lubrication.
