Belt deflector protector, located on the inner part of the tank, arranged transversally to the belt displacement. It allows mounting them at different heights that determine the size of the opening and the product passage.

Distribution System

The distribution system is composed of two distribution discs made of stainless steel plate, with four vanes on each disc, containing five angular adjustment options.

The disks have a vane model with two lengths and two recommended assembly combinations.

Distribution of granulated and similar fertilizers: Two major and two minor vanes on each disc, alternately arranged.

Distribution of powdered and similar products: Four smaller vanes on each disc.

Vane made of carbon steel with surface and heat treatment.

Hinged rear cover to inspect the product output and facilitate changing the hoppers.

Two models of deposition hoppers (standard), with quick-change system, made of stainless steel plate for specific use in the distribution of granulated fertilizers, powder products, and similar.

Drive of the distribution discs

The distribution discs are driven by a model hydraulic motor coupled to the transmission box.

The oil flow to the motor is controlled by a conjugated control block.

Transmission box with free spin in an oil bath.

Wheelset

Rocker arm type front wheelset with steering bars and joint bearings with bronze bushings, fixed rear wheels.

Coupling

Header Coupling to the tractor traction bar with ball joint. It also has a chain system to prevent accidents due to the Lancer's uncoupling caused by unintentional uncoupling of the Lancer from the tractor traction bar.
