Cassette-type feeding set for the distribution discs, comprising a roller-holder structure, rubber belt and self-centering device.
Extra-abrasion rubber belt, made of nylon plies with factory-vulcanized splice.
Cassette-type feeding set for the distribution discs, comprising a fully stainless steel structure, crossbar belt and tensioning device.
More robust crossbar belt, made with crossbars, rivet pins and a larger wing-type chain. It provides greater flow capacity and lower tensioning and maintenance rates compared to the conventional crossbar belt used in the other spreaders.
The belt is driven by an auxiliary wheel located on the rear tire of the axle.
The system also comprises a 90° oil-bath transmission box with speed increase, a cardan shaft with guard fitted with quick-coupling ends, and a reduction box with two speed options (gears).
The reduction box is coupled to the rear belt shaft by two flanges bolted with three shear bolts that protect the belt.
The distribution system comprises two distribution discs, with four blades on each disc, with five angular adjustment options.
The discs use a blade model with two lengths and two recommended assembly combinations:
Blades made of carbon steel with heat treatment (carbonitriding) and surface treatment (painting);
Two deposition funnel models (standart) for specific use in distributing granular fertilizers, powdered products and similar;
Spreader curtain (support with link chains over the standart deposition funnel);
Belt protector deflectors, located inside the hopper, arranged perpendicular to the machine travel;
Metering gate opening, with opening and closing system via screw and gear box, operated by a crank positioned on the side of the hopper;
Rear guard against throw from the distribution discs;
Hinged rear cover to inspect the product outlet and ease funnel replacement;
Sealing system at the belt outlet to the funnels, to avoid product waste;
The distribution discs are driven by a hydraulic motor model EATON 100 (100 cm³/revolution) coupled to the transmission box.
The oil flow to the motor (57 lpm) is controlled by a combined control block.
