Distribution system

It has three belt options:

  • Two belts built in a modular design in stainless steel, one reinforced, recommended
    for distributing granular products.
  • Belt built with crossbars arranged transversely to the
    travel direction, recommended for distributing dry and
    wet powdered products.
  • Two distribution discs with four blades each, with five angular adjustment options.
  • Two deposition funnel models:
    a) Distribution funnel for granular fertilizers and similar.
    b) Distribution funnel for powdered products and similar.

Drive of the distribution discs

  • The distribution discs are driven by a
    hydraulic motor model EATON 080 (80 cm³/revolution) coupled to the
    transmission box.
  • The oil flow to the motor (45 lpm) is controlled by a control block.
  • Oil-bath transmission box.

Drive of the lateral transmission

  • Belt speed transmission system, driven by a hydraulic motor
    model EATON 0130 (130 cm³/revolution), equipped with roller-chain gears
    that allow three different combinations.
  • Crown-and-worm reducer in oil bath.

Additional technical characteristics

  • Parts in contact with the product to be spread are made of stainless steel, such as
    the hopper plates, the distribution discs, the rear guard against disc throw, the metering gate and the rear cover.
  • Hopper made of removable stainless steel sheet, bolted to the chassis with the side reinforcements.
  • Coupling to the tractor drawbar with ball joint.
  • Internal belt protector deflector.
  • Wheel axle ends with quick-change system.
  • Removable axle and tandem assembly.
