Cassette-type feeding set for the distribution discs, comprising a roller-holder structure, rubber belt and self-centering device.
Extra-abrasion rubber belt, made of nylon plies with factory-vulcanized splice.
Belt protector deflector, located inside the hopper, arranged longitudinally to the belt travel. It can be mounted at different heights that determine the size of the opening and the product passage.
The belt is driven by an auxiliary wheel located on the front tire of the tandem.
The system also comprises an oil-bath transmission box, a bearing support, two cardan shafts with guards fitted with quick-coupling ends, and a reduction box with two speed options (gears).
The reduction box is coupled to the rear belt shaft by two flanges bolted with three shear bolts that protect the belt.
The distribution system comprises two distribution discs made of stainless steel sheet, with four blades on each disc, with five angular adjustment options.
The discs use a blade model with two lengths and two recommended assembly combinations.
